Amazon's SP-API provides an interface to request seller feedbacks and product reviews. When you have connected your Amazon marketplace with Automated Amazon Feedback, we use mentioned API to request feedbacks / reviews.

Amazon allows merchants to send feedback requests after 5-20 days of the delivery date. And the delivery date is depends on various factors like Prime shipping etc. But Amazon telling us when to ask for reviews. Our feedback cron runs once a day. Since order feedback request eligibily updated daily, it's not making point to run it multiple times (for current stage of development, at least...)
